Ericsson-LG Enterprise's iPECS solution has demonstrated its successful operation in Hyundai Richmond Cars in UK.
Richmond Cars decided to upgrade its system to iPECS-LIK and include iPECS mobility and call center solutions to support the new business challenges they face. Rolling out iPECS-LIK system with iPECS CCS, IPCR and Communicator, they adopted IP Network, voice recording, wall boards for inbound queues, SIP trunks, remote IP phones for their customer and internal communications and showrooms operations.
